Church Direction

The Well Church holds the clear truth of the Bible in the highest regard as the inerrant, infallible, and sufficient Word of God. We affirm that all Scripture is “God breathed” and contains God’s written revelation of Himself to humanity. As a church, we will not waver in our pursuit to be found completely faithful to the truth of God’s Word.

The Well Church holds firm to the biblical truth found in Ephesians 2. We are all dead and destined fro hell by our willful trespasses and sins. Yet, by the mercy of Jesus, we are able to find life in the love and grace of God. We are saved by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone. Therefore, we pursue others with the gospel so they can experience moving from death to life in the salvation found in Christ.

The Well Church believes that the college campus is the most strategic mission field on the planet. We desire to see college students reached, discipled, and trained to become multiplying disciple-makers of Jesus who can be sent to the nations as catalysts for kingdom movement. If we reach the campus, we will reach the world.

The Well Church values multiplication. We strive to make disciples who make disciples and plant churches that plant churches. We seek multiplication at every level, including the individual, group, and church level, multiplication is the goal.

The Well Church believes that the local church is God’s plan “A” to reach those that are far from Jesus. Therefore, we believe the nature of God’s kingdom design is fulfilled, not by building the largest church where we are at, but by sending disciple-makers to plant churches in unreached places where lost people are in need of the gospel.
